These terms govern use of nexifyskillservices.in and the digital learning services offered by NEXIFY Skill Services, Kashi Nagar, Rameshwari Road, Nagpur, Maharashtra – 440027, India.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep login details confidential and be legally capable of entering a contract. Users under 18 may use the service only with consent and supervision of a parent or lawful guardian.

2. Courses and access

Course titles, inclusions, duration and prices are shown before payment. Access is personal, limited, non-transferable and may not be resold, copied, recorded, redistributed or used to violate intellectual-property rights.

3. Pricing and payments

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes or charges, if any, will be disclosed before payment. Payments are processed through authorised payment partners. A payment is accepted only after server-side verification.

4. Referral opportunity

Purchasing a course does not guarantee income. Any referral activity is optional and rewards, where applicable, depend on genuine verified product sales, eligibility and the official compensation plan. Misleading income claims, forced purchases, spam and false representations are prohibited.

5. User conduct

You must not misuse the platform, interfere with security, impersonate another person, upload unlawful material or attempt unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts reasonably suspected of fraud or abuse while reviewing the matter.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Availability and changes

We may update course content, instructors, schedules or platform features to maintain quality. Planned maintenance or events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect access.

8. Liability

Courses are educational and do not promise employment, business results or income. Nothing limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to applicable consumer rights, courts with jurisdiction over Nagpur, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
