Digital Delivery Policy

Digital products only
NEXIFY sells online courses and digital learning access. No physical item is shipped and no shipping fee is charged unless a specific product page expressly states otherwise.
Delivery method
After successful server-side payment verification, access is activated in the member dashboard associated with the registered account. Confirmation may also be sent by email or SMS.
Delivery time
Access is normally activated immediately and generally within 24 hours of successful payment. Bank delays, incomplete registration, verification issues or scheduled maintenance may affect delivery time.
Access problems
If access is not visible after 24 hours, contact connect@nexifyskillservices.in with the registered mobile number and order reference. Never share your OTP or password.
